I'm Jory.
I provide independent Support Coordination through South Coast Support and Independence, based in Inverloch and working with participants and families across Gippsland and South-East Victoria.
My background includes community services, case management and youth justice. Those experiences have given me an appreciation for how complicated service systems can feel, especially when you're trying to organise support while managing everyday life.
My approach is straightforward: listen carefully, explain options clearly, follow through on commitments and respect your decisions.
I'd rather build your confidence and help put sustainable supports in place than add complexity or make you dependent on another service.
I understand how frustrating it is to wait for an answer. I aim to respond to calls, emails and messages the same or next business day. If I need to look into something, I’ll acknowledge your message and keep you updated. Appointments outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends, are possible by arrangement.

I welcome participants from all backgrounds and respect your identity, relationships, culture and individual choices. You decide who is involved in your supports.
Qualifications & safeguards
My background includes diplomas in Community Services, Leadership and Management, and Youth Justice. Relevant screening, insurance, training and credentials can be discussed or provided as part of onboarding. Current documents should be verified before relying on them.
