From making sense of your funding to keeping your supports on track, Support Coordination should reduce complexity and build your confidence.
Start with a thorough review of your plan, available budgets and goals. Identify what is already working, what is missing and what needs attention first.
Explore suitable providers, compare your options, set up services and help the people involved communicate with one another.
Regularly review expenditure and service arrangements, spot gaps or overspending early, and plan for sustainable supports across your funding periods.
Navigate waitlists, changes in circumstances or providers, and gather relevant information for NDIS check-ins and plan reassessments where needed.
Get clear information and practical strategies so you feel more confident making decisions about your own supports.
Level 1 Support Connection and Level 2 Coordination of Supports, with Psychosocial Recovery Coaching available when appropriate to your plan.
I aim to respond to calls, emails and messages on the same or next business day. If something needs more research, I'll still acknowledge your message, keep you informed and follow up with an answer as soon as I can.
I know appointments need to fit around real life, so evenings and weekends can be arranged where I'm available.

I'm an independent Support Coordinator based in Inverloch. My background in community services, case management and youth justice has shaped a practical, down-to-earth approach to helping people navigate complex systems.
I take the time to understand your situation, talk through your options clearly and without unnecessary jargon and connect you with supports that fit your life—not the other way around.
My role is to work alongside you, not make decisions for you.
A little more about meFinding a name in a directory is easy. Finding someone with the right skills, availability and location can be harder—particularly in regional communities.
I prefer meeting in person and draw on local knowledge to explore realistic service options. Remote support is also available Australia-wide by arrangement, with consideration given to the value of a coordinator who knows your local area.
Explore service areasTravel and availability discussed before starting. Other locations considered on request.
You choose the services and providers you want to work with. I provide information, explain options and make any actual or potential conflicts of interest clear so you can make informed decisions.
Support begins with what's important to you and the people you choose to involve.
Clear, regular reviews help you understand where your funding is going and plan ahead.
Questions, feedback and concerns are welcome. You can expect prompt acknowledgement and honest updates, even when a question takes time to resolve.
Call or email for an initial conversation. You don't need to share sensitive plan or health information in your first message.
We'll discuss your goals, plan management, location and whether the service is the right fit.
Review services, fees, travel, cancellation terms and privacy before deciding whether to proceed.
Start with a thorough plan review, immediate priorities and a practical plan to connect and coordinate supports.
